Yay Microsoft! You finally figured out you have the majority of people already in your grips with your Office software products.
Great to see MS using Outlook improvements to veer themselves into the Social Networking scene. While they may never get a chance to be a big player as a destination site - they quite simply could own the entry-way. Kind of like owning a bridge or tunnel - it's not as sexy as the destination point but granting access is certainly profitable.
